An exercise program for the 50 Plus Crowd

Walking Works Wonders is a health walking program started at Isabella in 1994. Today, it is one of the most popular programs within the community.

Walking Works Wonders meets three mornings a week for one-hour sessions that include warm-ups and stretching, walking, light weight training and exercise to build up strength and flexibility. Well attended on a regular basis, the program is led by a professional coach and exercise physiologist.

This program provides an opportunity to make new friends while staying healthy and active. In order to join one must be age fifty (50) or older. An interview is required as part of the enrollment process.
