A multidisciplinary team including a physical and occupational therapist, a doctor, a registered nurse, a speech therapist, a recreational therapist and other specialists as needed convene to develop a customized Care Plan, and supervise its progress.

A state-of-the-art rehab suite
with the unique care of Isabella
Isabella offers a comprehensive program of physical, occupational, speech,
recreational and specialized rehabilitation therapies, delivered in our bright
new suite by Isabella’s caring, compassionate bilingual rehab team.
Isabella's country kitchen offers a realistic, practical way to regain much-needed domestic skills. Residents are refamiliarized with everyday activities around the kitchen.
In our rehab department, each resident is encouraged to participate in therapeutic exercise to encourage maximal independence.
Isabella’s Occupational therapy
program uses state-of-the-art equipment and a personal care plan
to increase range of motion, eye-hand coordination, and the ability
to handle the activities of day-to-day living.
Isabella's speech therapy employs a variety of approaches, including individually tailored programs and repetition to help individuals with speech and hearing deficits.
Residents in our short-term rehab unit receive a targeted, intensive program under close supervision of our multi-disciplined Care Team.

Rehabilitation at Isabella includes one-on-one sessions with an individual
therapist. These sessions provide treatment and ensure continuity of
care over time, while working toward accomplishing individual goals.
Rehabilitation Nursing at Isabella
In addition to the care delivered by Isabella’s rehab staff, Isabella’s
specialized Rehabilitation Nursing staff make sure the skills learned in rehab
are carried over to life in the home or on other floors of Isabella. Rehabilitation
Nursing programs address skills such as ambulation, feeding, dressing and grooming, communication,
bed mobility and splint/brace application.
