In this important role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of nursing care and practice for the registrants according to the individual participant needs. In keeping with the objectives of the Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) Program; the selected candidate will routinely oversee the development and evaluation of nursing regiments, perform assessments at the time of admission, coordinate any outside health service provisions, and liaise with physicians and family members as needed. The candidate will also play an active role in comprehensive care plan conferences and serves as a general clinical resource.

To be eligible, applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, a current and valid NY State Nursing license and 2 years of medical nursing experience with particular focus on the elderly population. Applicants must have demonstrated competency in Adult Physical Assessment. Applicants must display fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) writing and verbal ability
