This highly strategic role will serve to coordinate the staffing activity for Isabella Geriatric Center (IGC) and its affiliates across a variety of locations in accordance with IGC, federal, state and local pre-screening and post-employment guidelines. The incumbent will have an opportunity to work with a variety of departments and leaders addressing clinical/non-clinical/allied health staffing needs, implementing effective sourcing strategies and working diligently to identify talented individuals for employment consideration.
The selected candidate will also oversee administrative tasks including new hire processing, as hoc and scheduled reporting, expense tracking, and processing internal movement, among others.
The ideal candidate for this fast-paced opportunity will have demonstrated sourcing/screening abilities inclusive of highly developed interview skills and be detail-driven. Must also be organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once.
Qualified applicants will possess a 4 year college degree and 2-5 years of recruiting experience in a healthcare setting with specific exposure to nursing, allied health, and management level recruiting. Candidates must display effective communication ability along with strong knowledge of Human Resources guidelines. Knowledge of trade publications, posting venues and creative employment marketing methods is highly preferred.
